What Our Customers SayDear Sunco Pools,  We wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you how pleased we are with our pool. It has brought our family so much joy and entertainment.When I was recently asked why we went with Sunco Pools, I had to think back to when you sat at my kitchen table and showed me what your company offered. While flipping through your brochures everything you offered was top of the line. From the filtration system, the fiberglass pool and the lighting – each was state of the art. Thinking to myself, I assume that each of these items would be at an additional cost. To my amazement, you told us that all of these items were included in your price. We did not find that with any other supplier. I appreciated your honesty and knowledge. The installation was simply amazing to watch. You transformed our backyard from a dreary deck to a beautiful oasis. Our family of four cannot say “thank you” enough to Sunco Pools. After many years of dreaming, we became a Sunco Pools customer in the Fall of 2006. With two teenage boys involved in multiple sports, having an at-home, immediately accessible tropical escape has been just that—a dream come true. All aspects of our pool, from selection through installation, annual openings and closings, and even everyday questions, have been handled by John and Kelly to satisfaction. Even as ”older customers”, we remain a high priority to them, which we feel is unusual, but so highly appreciated. John and Kelly have both been wonderful to work with! Our biggest concern with becoming pool owners was committing to what we thought would be high maintenance and high utility bills. We have been incredibly pleased to discover that just the opposite is true!! Owning our own pool has been a breeze. Regular vacuuming and filter rinses are the norm. We LOVE our pool cover, recommended by John, for many reasons: cleaner pool, temperature control and increased security. Our electricity bill increases have been minimal, and when we use our highly efficient heater to increase our swim season by 2-3 months, our gas bills have been reasonable. The heater may be one of our favorite features as it allows us to swim anytime in comfortable temperatures, and heats our entire pool in an amazingly short time. Purchasing an in-ground pool from Sunco Pools was easily one of the best decisions our family has ever made. The memories we are creating with our boys, and friends and family of all ages, are priceless, and definitely worth the investment.
